We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unaltered items in original condition.

Personalized and custom items are made specifically for your order and are reviewed case-by-case. If there's a quality issue or an error on our end, we'll make it right.

Non-custom items: returnable within 30 days of delivery in new, unused, unwashed condition.

Personalized or made-to-order items: final sale unless defective. If something arrives damaged or wrong, send photos within 7 business days of delivery and we'll make it right.
