Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

What this means at The Imprintinator

We do not sell personal information for money. However, like many online retailers, we use advertising and analytics partners (including Meta/Facebook, Google, Pinterest, and Klaviyo) that may receive identifiers (such as cookie IDs, IP address, or device identifiers) and information about your activity on our site for purposes that may qualify as a "sale" or "share" under California law.

How to opt out

You have three ways to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information:

  1. Use the cookie preferences banner. Click "Cookie Preferences" in our website footer (or below) to open the consent settings and disable marketing and advertising cookies.
  2. Email us. Send a request to support@theimprintinator.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share — California". Include the email address associated with any orders or account so we can locate your records. We will process your request within 15 business days as required by California law.
  3. Use a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Enable a GPC signal in your browser (available in browsers such as Firefox and DuckDuckGo, or via privacy extensions). Our site will recognize this signal and treat it as a Do Not Sell or Share request.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require verification that the agent has been authorized to act for you before processing the request.

Your other California privacy rights

You also have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights. See our Privacy Policy for full details and instructions for exercising those rights.
