Here is the simple version: how returns work, what to do if something arrives wrong, and how to get help fast.

Made to order, on purpose: most items are produced after purchase. That includes "as shown" designs. If your order includes personalization, uploaded artwork, or custom work, return eligibility is different than standard retail.

Something arrived wrong?

Send photos within 7 business days of delivery. We will review quickly and make it right.

Need to edit an order?

Changes are easiest within 2 hours of purchase, before production starts.

Returns

What items can be returned?

Non-custom items: returnable within 30 days of delivery in new condition, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Made-to-order or personalized items: final sale unless there is a defect or production error.

How do I start a return?

Email support@theimprintinator.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Which item or items you want to return
  • Your reason, such as sizing or changed mind
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We will reply with next steps and approval details.

Do you do exchanges?

The fastest way to swap a size or color is to place a new order. If your original item is eligible for return, start a return and we will process a refund once approved.

Who pays return shipping?

If the issue is a defect, misprint, damage in transit, or the wrong item, we cover the fix. For eligible non-custom returns due to preference or fit, return shipping is typically paid by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Email support@theimprintinator.com within 7 business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the full item and a close-up of the issue
  • Packaging label photos, helpful but not required

We will review and confirm the next step, replacement, reprint, or refund.

What counts as a defect versus normal variation?

Minor color and placement variation can happen with made-to-order printing. If something looks clearly misprinted, damaged, or not as ordered, send photos and we will take care of it.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. Email us within 2 hours of purchase at support@theimprintinator.com. After production begins, changes may not be possible.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can it be updated?

Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to update it. If it has already shipped, the carrier tracking is the best next step.

Refunds

How are refunds issued?

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method after the return is received and approved when applicable. Processing time varies by bank, but usually posts within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
