How Templates Work
Templates are the fastest way to get something personal without starting from scratch. Pick a design, tell us what to swap, approve your proof, and we’ll print + ship.
If you already have a finished file, you’ll want Print My Design. If you need something created from scratch, head to Custom Creations.
1) Choose a template
Browse templates and pick the layout that matches your vibe (apparel, gifts, events, teams).
2) Personalize it
Add names, dates, locations, small wording changes, and simple color choices (based on the template).
3) Approve your proof
We send a digital proof so you can confirm spelling, layout, and placement before anything prints.
4) We print + ship
Your item is made to order, packed with care, and shipped to your door with tracking.

- Names, dates, locations, and short phrases
- Small wording swaps (same overall layout)
- Simple color changes (when supported by the template)
- Minor layout balancing (spacing, alignment, fit-to-product)
- Choosing the product and placement that makes sense
🚫 What templates aren’t for
- Brand-new concepts or “make me something totally different”
- Complex custom illustration work
- Full redesigns (that’s custom work)
- Unlimited changes that change the whole layout
- Recreating a logo from a blurry screenshot
Most items are made to order. For timing, the production window on the product page takes priority. Need it by a specific date? Contact us before ordering.

How long does the proof take?
Proof timing depends on volume and the specific product, but we move quickly. If you have an in-hand deadline, message us before ordering so we can confirm timing.
Do templates work on any product?
Many templates can be placed on multiple products, but some are designed for specific shapes (like mugs vs shirts). If you want a template moved to a different item, tell us what product you want and we’ll guide you.
Can I upload my own image into a template?
Sometimes. If you want to add a photo or logo, the best route may be Print My Design (or Design Assistance if it needs small cleanup).
What if I need something totally custom?
That’s what Custom Creations is for — we’ll build it from scratch with clear scope.
