🛒 Ordering & Customization
How do I create a custom product?
Choose your path: 🎨 Design Your Own (Templates), 📂 Upload & Print — Catalog, or 💡 Custom Creations for a one-of-a-kind project.
What’s the difference between Templates, Upload & Print, and Custom?
Templates: personalize a pro layout (names, colors, photo, prompt).
Upload & Print: you’ve got a logo/art; pick a product, upload, done.
Custom: collaborate with The Imprintinator™ to build art from scratch.
Can I provide a design file or logo?
Yes. Select your product, complete checkout, then email artwork with your order # to support@theimprintinator.com (cloud links welcome).
🎨 Design & Revisions
Do I get a proof?
Templates and Custom include a digital proof before printing. Upload & Print is printed as-submitted unless you request design help.
How many revisions are included?
Templates & Custom include one round of revisions. Additional tweaks are available for a small fee. We’ll always confirm before proceeding.
What if my file is low resolution?
We’ll flag it and offer cleanup/redraw options so your print looks sharp. Small fixes may be complimentary; complex fixes may require a design fee.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Most items are made to order and process in 2–5 business days before shipping. Exact timelines vary by product and quantity; the product page always takes priority.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking by email when your order ships. Don’t see it? Check spam or email support@theimprintinator.com.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available by request. Email support@theimprintinator.com with your address and items for a quote.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for non-custom items in new condition. Custom/personalized items are final sale unless defective. See full policy: Shipping & Returns.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?
Email support@theimprintinator.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.
🖼️ Artwork & File Uploads
What file types do you accept?
Preferred: vector SVG, PDF, or AI. Also accepted: high-res PNG/JPG (300 DPI+). Unsure? Send it—we’ll advise.
Can I use an AI prompt instead of a photo?
Yes. Many Design Your Own products support prompts. Check the product details or email us if unclear.
👕 Swag Shops & Bulk Orders
Can I create a Swag Shop (Team Store)?
Yes—launch a no-inventory store for your team, club, or business. Learn more: Start a Swag Shop.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Volume discounts auto-apply on eligible items. For uniforms or large projects, see Bulk Orders or email support@theimprintinator.com.
