Shipping & Delivery

Most items are made to order. Timelines are measured in business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). The most accurate estimate is always the production window shown on the product page you’re ordering.

1) Production

Your item is created after checkout (printing/embroidering/finishing).

2) Transit

After production, your package moves through the carrier network to you.

3) Tracking

You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Production timelines

  • Most items: typically produce within 2–5 business days.
  • Specialty methods or items: may take 5–8 business days (the product page will show this).
  • Fully Custom projects: production begins after proof approval (timeline is confirmed during the project flow).
  • Orders placed after 12pm ET may begin processing the next business day.

U.S. shipping (transit after production)

  • Standard: typically 5–10 business days in transit.
  • Express: typically 2–5 business days in transit (when available at checkout).

If your order includes multiple items (or different production partners), packages may arrive separately with separate tracking emails.

Holiday & peak-season notes

During high-volume seasons (especially November–January), production queues and carrier networks can run slower than usual. If you’re shopping for a specific date, ordering early is the safest move.

Seasonal tip: If you need holiday delivery, keep an eye on the site announcement bar and email notifications for the current recommended order-by date.

International orders (by request)

If you’re outside the U.S., email support@theimprintinator.com before ordering with:

  • Delivery country + postal code
  • What you want to order (items + quantities)
  • Your deadline (if any)

International shipments may include duties/taxes collected by your country. Customs processing can add time beyond carrier estimates.


Order updates

Need to adjust something on your order? The sooner you reach out, the more likely we can help before production begins. Email support@theimprintinator.com with your order number.

Address help

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout (especially apartment/unit numbers).
  • If you notice an error, email us right away with your order number and the corrected address.
  • If a package is returned to sender, we can help coordinate the next best step.

Damage, defects, or the wrong item

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at support@theimprintinator.com within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll take it from there.

Tracking looks stuck or says delivered

  • Marked delivered, but you don’t have it: wait 24 hours, check nearby/secure areas, then email us.
  • No tracking movement: if tracking hasn’t updated for several business days, email us and we’ll help investigate.
