Almost print-ready but not quite? This add-on is for quick cleanup so your file prints sharp and professional — without turning into a full redesign.

Best paired with: Print My Design (upload your file + we print it clean). If you’re starting with only an idea and no file, you’ll want Fully Custom.

How it works: You’ll select Design Assistance on the product page when available. If your file needs more than a small fix, we’ll pause and recommend the right next step before anything prints.

✅ What “Design Assistance” includes

  • Background removal (when possible)
  • Basic cleanup for print readiness (edges, small artifacts)
  • Minor sizing/placement guidance for the product you chose
  • Simple text tweaks (spelling fixes, small alignment)
  • Converting a good logo into a cleaner print version (limited)

🚫 What it does NOT include

  • Full redesigns, new concepts, or “make it cooler” from scratch
  • Complex illustration work or detailed custom art
  • Major layout rebuilds or multiple concept options
  • Heavy logo redesign / full vector recreation (that’s custom)
  • Unlimited revisions (scope stays tight on purpose)

Will I get a proof?

Usually, small fixes are handled as print-prep so we can keep your order moving. If we need your approval for a change that affects the final look, we’ll reach out before printing.

What if my file is too low resolution?

We’ll tell you straight. Sometimes we can improve it enough to print small. If it needs a true redraw or full rebuild, we’ll recommend Fully Custom.

Can I request “one more tweak” after it’s fixed?

If it stays within small-fix scope, yes. If it becomes a redesign, we’ll quote/redirect before proceeding.

Where do I select Design Assistance?

On the product page (when available) — you’ll see it as an option during customization. If you don’t see it and think you need it, message us and we’ll guide you.
