How it works: Select Design Assistance on the product page when you check out. Share what you have — a photo, concept, screenshots, low-res logo, or rough sketch — and we’ll build it into a print-ready design, send you a proof, and print after you approve.

What to expect

A simple 3-step flow that keeps your order moving.

1) Upload what you have

Pick your product and drop in your photo, concept, screenshots, or whatever you’re working from. Doesn’t have to be perfect — that’s the whole point.

2) We build it into a print-ready design

We’ll polish, vectorize, or rebuild what you brought into something that prints sharp on your chosen product.

3) Approve your proof, we print

We’ll send a proof when there’s something to review. Once you approve, your order moves into production and ships.

Quick FAQ

Will I get a proof?

Yes — when we’re building a design from what you brought, we’ll always send a proof before printing. Light cleanup cases without major changes may skip the proof to keep your order moving.

What if my file is too low resolution?

We’ll tell you straight. If we can vectorize or rebuild it into something usable, we’ll do that here. If it needs a from-scratch design with no usable reference, we’ll point you to Tell us your idea for Tell Us Your Idea.

Can I request changes after the proof?

Yes — we want it right. We’ll work with you on reasonable revisions. If it becomes a full redesign, we’ll quote or redirect to Tell Us Your Idea before continuing.

Where do I select Design Assistance?

On the product page when available. You’ll see it as an option in the customization dropdown. If you don’t see it and think you need it, message us and we’ll guide you.
