The 4-Step Process

Here is the simplest version of how it works, from choosing the design to getting it at your door.

Browse templates and pick the layout that matches your vibe, product type, event, or occasion.

Add names, dates, locations, small wording changes, and simple color choices when the template supports them.

Approve your proof

We send a digital proof so you can confirm spelling, layout, and placement before anything goes to print.

We print and ship

Your item is made to order, packed with care, and shipped with tracking once production is complete.

What Templates Are Great For

Templates are best when the structure already works and you just need it personalized cleanly.

What templates are not for

  • Brand-new concepts or requests to make it totally different
  • Complex custom illustration work
  • Full redesigns that change the entire concept
  • Unlimited revisions that fundamentally change the layout
  • Rebuilding a logo from a blurry screenshot or low-quality file
Proof tip: please double-check spelling, dates, names, and details before approving. Production starts after approval, and made-to-order items cannot always be changed once printing begins.

How long does the proof take?

Proof timing depends on current volume and the specific product, but we move quickly. If you have an in-hand deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm timing.

Do templates work on any product?

Many templates can be placed on multiple products, but some are designed for specific shapes or print areas. If you want a template moved to a different item, tell us what product you want and we will guide you.

Can I upload my own image into a template?

Sometimes. If you want to add a photo or logo, the better route may be Print My Design, or Design Assistance if the file only needs small cleanup.

What if I need something totally custom?

That is what Custom Creations is for. We will build it from scratch with clear scope, proofing, and a better-fit process for original work.
