Ordering
Where do I start?
Pick a product first, then choose your Creative Path on the product page: Design Your Own, Print My Design, or Fully Custom. If you want a quick guide, visit Choose Your Creative Path.
Are items made to order?
Yes. Most items are made to order, which means we produce after you order. The most accurate timeline is always shown on the product page for that specific item.
Creative Paths
What are the Creative Paths?
Choose the lane that matches your starting point.
Design Your Own: personalize a template with names, short text swaps, color tweaks, and small layout adjustments.
Print My Design: upload your print-ready artwork and we will handle placement and print prep.
Fully Custom: start from scratch with a proof step before production.
I have a logo. What should I pick?
If your logo is final and ready to print, choose Print My Design. If you need small cleanup, like background removal or minor adjustments, select Design Assistance on the product page when available. If you need a full rebuild or brand-new concept, start with Fully Custom.
What is the difference between Design Your Own and Print My Design?
Design Your Own starts from one of our templates and you personalize it. Print My Design starts from your file. We print what you upload, with clean placement and print prep.
Design & Proofs
Do I get a proof?
Proofed paths: Design Your Own and Fully Custom include a proof step before production.
Print My Design: we print your file as submitted, unless the product offers an optional Design Assistance add-on that includes review or adjustments.
How many revisions are included?
Revision limits, if included, are shown in the options on the product page. If you need something beyond what is included, we will confirm the next best step before moving forward.
Artwork & Files
What file types do you accept for Print My Design?
Preferred: vector SVG or PDF. Also accepted: high-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 DPI or higher. If you are unsure, upload what you have and we will advise the best path for a clean print.
What if my file is low resolution?
If it will not print sharply, we will flag it and recommend the best fix. Minor cleanup may be handled through Design Assistance when available on the product, while bigger rebuilds usually belong in Fully Custom.
Can I use an AI prompt instead of a photo?
Yes. Some products and templates support prompt-based customization. If you are not sure, check the product details or message us with what you are trying to make.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Production timelines vary by product. The product page always has the most accurate estimate for that item. For full details, see Shipping & Delivery Info.
How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking by email when your order ships. If you do not see it, check spam or email support@theimprintinator.com.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available by request. Email support@theimprintinator.com with your delivery country, postal code, and what you would like to order.
Changes
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need an update, email us as soon as possible at support@theimprintinator.com. Because items are made to order, changes are easiest before production begins.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Email us right away at support@theimprintinator.com. If it has not shipped, we will do our best to update it.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Return eligibility depends on the item and whether it was personalized. For the full policy, see Returns & Order Help.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Email support@theimprintinator.com with your order number and photos, and we will take care of it.
Bulk
Do you handle bulk orders?
Yes. For uniforms, events, or larger projects, visit Bulk Orders & Team Gear or email support@theimprintinator.com.

How fast will I hear back?
Most replies go out within a day or two. During busy seasons it can take a bit longer — thanks for your patience.
